Yuzu & Ponzu Sauce
Yuzu and Ponzu sauce combined: Take the juice from lime, orange, & lemons, roughly chopped ginger and the zest of all the citrus. Add all to a saucepan, bring up to temperature (get all the flavours going), then let cool. This is delicious served with tuna, scallops, wahoo, etc. These are very refreshing flavours with fish.
