Tuna Tartare on White Bean Salad

Tuna:
1 teaspoon ginger finely chopped
1 shallot finely chopped
300g tuna, diced
Salt/pepper

White Bean Salad:
1 400g tin white beans- drained and washed
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1 shallot finely chopped
1/2 (one half) red capsicum finely chopped
1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped
1 tablespoon capers

Dressing:
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Apple to garnish.

Method:

   1. Whisk together dressing ingredients.
   2. Mix together white bean salad.
   3. Mix together tuna and combine with a dash of dressing and season.
   4. Place white bean salad on a plate and top with the tuna. Drizzle over dressing and garnish with fine julianne (thin slices) of apple.
