Southern Bluefin Tuna Australian Chutoro Saku 1kg/Frozen
150g-250g blocks
Chutoro comes from the Belly of the Tuna, in front of the tail.
This area is known for its high level of fat, which gives it a lighter pink colour and melt-in-the-mouth texture.
The flavour profile can be described as rich Umami, with a hint of sweetness.
Chutoro is a luxurious Tuna experience.
