Smoked Salmon Pate Served on Crostini with Fresh Herbs & Shaved Pecorino
Ingredients:
255gm smoked salmon or other fish (salmon gives best colour)
110gm cream cheese
2 Tbsp cream
Half lemon juice & zest
2 Tbsp chopped chives
Pinch sugar
Sea salt & fresh cracked pepper
Method:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth, check seasoning then refrigerate.
2. Spread over favourite bread & garnish with fresh herbs & pecorino.
