Also known as Pacific Saury, Sanma is a popular seasonal fish in Japanese cuisine.
It's strong flavour means it is often enjoyed with simple, strong flavourings, like salt, soy sauce, and with vinegared rice.
Preparation: Can be cooked in a variety of ways but great BBQ'd.
Thaw prior to cooking. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Shelf life: Best consumed on arrival or within 3 days from receiving product if defrosted.
