Oyster Kilpatrick
Ingredients
24 Fresh Shucked Oysters
24 Oyster Shells
Rock Salt 2 cups (Optional)
3 – 4 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
6 Rashers of rind less bacon, finely diced
2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley. Chopped
Freshly milled pepper
Lemon wedges
Method
Arrange Oysters in shells on baking tray (you may use rock salt on tray, this is mainly to help the oysters sit nicely and for presentation)
Sprinkle Oysters with Worcestershire sauce
Top with diced bacon
Grill for 6 – 8 minutes until bacon is crispy
To serve sprinkle with parsley and milled pepper if desired
Serve with lemon on the side
For variation add a few drops of our Piri Piri sauce to spice them up.
