Diamond Shell and Tua Tua clams with broad beans zucchinis and chilli

Ingredients:
½ chilli dried (diced)
1 clove garlic (cut chunky)
12 diamond shell clams
12 tua tua clams
Fresh chives (hand full, finely chopped)
2 baby zucchinis & flowers (sliced)
4 fresh broad beans (poded i.e. 12doz odd beans)
6 baby ripe tomatoes
1 lemon
1 T natural nz sweet chilli sauce
White wine
Sweet rice wine
Oil for cooking
Pepper to season
Linguini

Method
   1. Start cooking some linguini in boiling water.
   2. Rinse clams.
   3. Heat wok, add oil, chilliesand garlic, heat for 30 seconds.
   4. Add clams, chives & vegetables, heat for 1 minute
   5. Then add wines, toss all together, cover and steam on high until clams start to open.
   6. Add chilli sauce and a squeeze of lemon, reduce heat and cook for a further 1 minute with lid off. Tossing clams several times in process.
   7. Serve with linguini or noodles, season with pepper and add some fresh chives.
