Latin Name, Auxis rochei, Bullet Tuna also known as Botella is a species of Tuna from the Scombridae family. Ranges in size up to approximately 50cm. A very oily fish, most popular use is as Bait but can be consumed.
Preparation: Can be cooked in a variety of ways including baked in oven or simmered in a sauce on the stovetop.
Product must be fully cooked prior to consumption.

Shelf life: Best consumed on arrival or within 3 days from receiving product if defrosted.
