Barbecue Squid Tentacles
Ingredients:
800gm squid tentacle, cut into 1-2 legs
Oil for cooking
2 glove fresh garlic diced
1 cup Italian parsley chopped up fine
1/3 cup olive oil
Method:
Chop squid into single or double tentacles
Heat hot plate
Add oil and garlic
Add squid tentacles in batches
Cook for 1-2mins each side, or until changes colour
For last minute add Italian parsley.
Dress with oil
