Our line-caught Pacific Albacore Tuna are processed, vacuum packed and blast frozen for freshness.
These loins are available in two grades: 1-2kg and 2kg+, so you're sorted whatever the recipe.
Preparation: Albacore Tuna loins are suitable for many preparatiions. Can be pan fried, baked or cooked on the BBQ. Albacore is often smoked. Care must be taken to avoid over cooking.
Availability: Caught and available all year round while stocks last.
Shelf life: Best consumed on arrival or within 3 days of receiving product if defrosted.
