Greek style dip using smoked roe
Ingredients:
175g Smoked Fish Roe
50g White Bread ( soak in milk )
1 Clove Garlic
½ Cup Natural yoghurt
Juice 1 lemon
Salt/Pepper
¼ Cup Olive Oil
Blend altogether, slowly adding the olive oil at the end. Use as a dip or put on canapés
